Our Team

We welcome the opportunity to meet you and your furry companion! To book an appointment or arrange a tour of our facilities, please call us at 519-453-2940, or complete our New Client Form. If possible, we request that you bring all previous medical information about your pet with you to your appointment. To ensure the safety and comfort of our patients, we ask that dogs are on a leash, and cats are in a carrier or on a harness and leash. Please let us know if your pet is particularly anxious about new people or other animals and we’ll arrange to have a quiet sitting area available when you arrive.

As a new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. We will provide our services with courtesy and respect. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
